Materials Analysis at the Nanoscale (KOO105)

The course is the basic theoretical course focused on electron microscopy. Methods for surface analysis are also discussed. The course gives an overview of methods for elemental analysis and image analysis on a nanometer scale as well as an understanding of the mechanisms behind the different analysis methods.
